We appreciated the absolutely courteous staff and the location was MAGNIFICENT. Lovely full English breakfast options. Also, we could visit a walled observation deck, it was 5 minutes' drive away.

nice interiors and good breakfast. pizzeria tiramisu is walking distance to the hotel. we really enjoyed the access to pool. we would happily return if visiting santiago.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Estro that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Perfect place for a city break in Santiago! Nothing bothered me with the hotel. It was definitely 4 stars for me: D
